PROJECTS
Sovereign Centros from CBRE is a real estate asset and development management business across a variety of market sectors with a focus on Shopping Centres and Retail Parks, Leisure and Mixed-use schemes. It currently has 20 million square feet of projects under management with three million square feet in development.
PHM is working alongside the in-house development team supporting a number of wide ranging property projects within the investment, asset management and construction sectors. Current projects include development management roles for the introduction of restaurant drive-thru's in Coventry and the creation of additional retail space at the Merry Hill Shopping Centre in Dudley.
Iceland Foods continues to be one of the UK's fastest growing and most innovative retailers. With over 900 stores, they are a well respected brand within the high street shopping environment. To complement this business, the Food Warehouse brand was created to introduce the same product lines into a larger format environment.
PHM supported this retail development during 2017/18, resulting in the addition of seven new store deals and the delivery of both construction and fit out programmes.
Pearmain Pubs is an independent pub company set up in 2008 with the aim of creating smart, good looking pubs offering great fresh food and an excellent range of drinks. Each of its pubs and locations are carefully chosen and sympathetically restored with lovely old buildings given a fresh start, using quality materials and furnishings and a quirky twist on both design and décor.
PHM is supporting Pearmain on such a journey with a number of development roles in and around the county of Surrey.
UX is an exciting new entrant property brand and concept founded by PHM that brings the physical and digital retail world together and which seeks to challenge and introduce innovation within the retail store and shopping landscape.
The way people shop is changing significantly, as is the way we interact with each other. To keep up with technology, become experiential and stay relevant and enticing, retail needs to look beyond current trends. The UX concept looks to future proof retail landscapes in ways that are smart, ultra convenient and exciting, whilst introducing data driven subscriptions to replace outdated occupational rental and lease agreements.
